Ramadan 2025

Dear Blessed Congregants,

It is with great pleasure that we share with you the much-anticipated arrival of the month of Ramadan in which all Muslims over the world will rejoice, observe and celebrate together.

The holy month of Ramadan which is due in March 2025 is a month of soul purification for all Muslims. Malabar Mosque would like to invite all our kind donors, sponsors and supporters to seek your generosity in kind towards the funding of our Ramadan programs and operational expenses.

Narrated by Ibn ‘Abbas: “Allah’s Messenger was the most generous of all the people, and he used to reach the peak in generosity in the month of Ramadan when Jibrail met him. Malaikat Jibrail used to meet him every night of Ramadan to teach him the Qur’an. The Messenger of Allah was the most generous person, even more generous than the strong uncontrollable wind (in readiness and haste to do charitable deeds).” – Sahih al-Bukhari 6

Inshaa Allah, in the upcoming month of Ramadan, our mosque will continue to conduct religious guidance and observance including Terawih prayers, Tazkirah, Islamic Programs and Iftar (breaking of fast). We will have Qiyamullail prayers (early morning prayers) for the last few days of Ramadan.

Porridge distribution will be done daily after Asar and after Jumaat Prayers. Your generous contribution will assist us with the funding of our daily expenses for iftar, sahur, porridge distribution, Imam/Bilal Terawih, Qiyamullail prayers and Eidul Fitri prayers.
